CDC WONDER (Wide-ranging ONline Data for Epidemiologic Research)
WONDER provides a single point of access to a wide variety of reports and numeric public health data including 40 text-based and numeric databases. Public-use available datasets available on WONDER include information on, "mortality (deaths), cancer incidence, HIV and AIDS, behavioral risk factors, diabetes, natality (births), census data and many other topics."
